What you buy is delivered immediately and publicly, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing here limits the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law. If what you paid for was not delivered, was not as described, or does not work, you are entitled to a remedy and we will provide one. Email hello@bragrights.lol with the email address you paid with.

What happens to a reversed payment

If a payment is reversed, the contribution is subtracted from every total and the entry is marked reversed in the feed. We do not delete the history.

If a club is removed

We may have to remove a club from the board following a request from a rights holder. If that happens: the club leaves the board, its contributions stay in history, and there are no automatic refunds. The club page says so on the page itself.

Your consumer guarantees still apply. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy because a club you backed was removed, email us with the address you paid with and we will deal with it case by case.
